Thankyou.

I know this is probably going to come across a bit cheesy, but there are some people I need to thank. Between you all, you made this happen and have all made my life better in some way. I'll always be grateful for that and will always be grateful for you!

Thankyou to every single person in my life that I love and who loves me. I dont give you any where near enough credit, Ive spent so long clouded by all the shitty people in the world that the good never really infultrated but you kept on. Each and every one of you have kept me alive in some way. I'm so Grateful for that, Life is hard but Im haooy to be here and I will be for always now.

Thank you, to Alex, our team guide, who not only got us up there with direction but also with good humour, a friendly smile, interesting knowledgeable chats and a kick up the arse when needed, and to the women on our team that were just as intimidated, foul-mouthed and bewildered by the task ahead as we were. You helped us laugh and whine all the way up!

Thank you to my therapist, Claire. I hate that I let you down but I'm going to make it so I don't feel like that anymore, by trying to do everything you taught me, and to Steve and the rest of the ATS team, you're all amazing and change peoples lives in such profound ways every day. Never ever stop.

Thank you to my stepdad, Brian and my friend, Laura, who saved the day at the last minute and looked after my children so I could do this. It actually wouldn't have been possible without you. Thanks also for being an amazing friend, and parent, you have helped me through so much, in your own ways.

To my soul sister, Jynx, I love you. Thank you so much for always being there, for always being super non-judgmental, for always trying to show me my value. You're one of the most beautiful people I have ever known and I feel very lucky to have found someone who actually understands the daily battles we go through.

Most importantly, thank you to my mum, who was daft enough to embark upon this epic adventure alongside me. You are a magnificent Mum, friend and now walking/mountain climbing companion. I love you, Mum, always xxx

Taken before we set off, hence our unknowing smiles.
